02

How round 3 works

As little administration as possible, with as much clarity as necessary.

  1. 1

    Describe the idea

Four short steps, around 20–30 minutes. Funding jargon is not needed.

  2. 2

    Save the JSON

Entries are saved locally and can be exported or imported as a JSON file.

  3. 3

    Jury and board

The jury assesses independently. The RIG board plans its final decision by 25 October.

  4. 4

    Agreement and payment

Enter bank details by hand, sign and return the agreement.

  5. 5

    Run the project

Start after written approval and complete within the agreed period.

  6. 6

    Report briefly

A 10–15 minute report shows activity, reach and quality.

03

Key conditions

The complete rule version has the same meaning in all languages.

Who can apply

Non-profit organisations, schools, institutions and initiatives. Informal groups need a legal payment partner.

Target group and region

Children and young people roughly aged 6–26 with a clear connection to Cristuru Secuiesc and the surrounding area.

Eligible costs

Materials, rooms, travel, accommodation, food, reasonable fees, small durable equipment and other direct costs.

No double funding

The same expense must not already be fully covered from another source. Co-funding is not required.

Only after approval

Eligible expenditure may only arise after the written funding decision.

Simple close-out

Close-out consists of a short activity report, approximate participant figures and simple evidence that the activity took place. RIG does not normally request or check receipts or financial supporting documents. In individual cases, it may arrange a review by the local administrative project partner.

Child protection

RIG’s child protection policy applies to every project involving minors. Project partners implement the safeguarding standards defined in that policy.
